When one embarks on a pilgrimage the journey is on foot to a foreign and sacred site, beginning a conscious journey in search of themselves and the meaning of life. I believe the most sacred site to journey to is back to oneself and experiencing a deep transformation from within.

During our human experience we get in our own way, we carry; wounds, conditioning, outdated stories and beliefs. We then collect evidence to support these beliefs, which keep us defined and limited in our capacity to grow and involve (evolve inwardly), unable to access our emotional truths and navigate our edges of resistance. During counselling sessions I focus on the internal landscape rather than your external, exploring the deeper mechanics of the self and your being. I listen to what is being said and unspoken, navigating the undercurrent to guide you to explore the roots and begin the journey of deeper healing within. I believe all change happens inside, nothing needs to be ‘fixed’ rather everything is to be seen by you. Awareness and integration are the keys to unlocking many doorways for deep change. Heal the roots, heal the tree!

I work with all ages across the lifespan from 8yrs – 75+ yrs, I have experience in areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, self esteem & self worth issues, abuse, addiction, incarceration, relationship and parenting issues. In addition to areas such as; emotional challenges and blocks, stress, anger and antisocial behavioural concerns. Relationship conflicts & Issues, improving communication, connection, dynamics, emotions and intimacy (family, friendship and romantic relationships).

There is no one size fits all approach, sessions are unique to your needs and your needs only. In my approach I exercise; reverence, compassion, humility and authenticity, while in service to all who desire to journey back to themselves. You hold all the wisdom within ready to transform and heal yourself from the inside out, I’m just here to support you on the courageous journey back home to you.

In service to catalysing change within you and honouring your reconnection with self.

Beneath every behaviour is an underlying feeling, beneath every feeling is an underlying need. When we meet those underlying needs rather than focus on the behaviour, we begin to deal with the root cause, not just the symptom of those unmet needs.

When we heal the roots, we heal the tree!
